Building a strong construction workforce in Washington State
The Washington State Construction Center of Excellence (CCE) serves as a dynamic hub, bringing together businesses, apprenticeship programs, government agencies, workforce development organizations, and educational institutions to strengthen Washington’s construction industry. Our mission is to bridge the gap between employer workforce needs and the ability of postsecondary institutions to prepare skilled, work-ready graduates. Through strategic planning, industry-driven solutions, and innovative workforce initiatives, we create pathways to meaningful careers in construction.
