The Implicit Bias Institute Presents a Complimentary

2-Hour Professional Development Webinar

This complimentary webinar will take attendees through two critical elements for anyone wishing to better understand implicit bias or grow professionally as an implicit bias practitioner or advocate. Dr. Rita Cameron-Wedding will lead attendees through the development of a portfolio of professional practice, introducing critical elements of a portfolio, considerations, strategies and the importance of building a sound professional portfolio. Zenovia Harris will introduce the importance of mentorship as it relates to implicit bias. Attendees will learn about the value of becoming a mentor and finding a mentor. The module will include defining mentorship, the role of a mentor, and mentee; and the benefits of both. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with Dr. Cameron-Wedding and Zenovia in an interactive format for this fast-paced two-hour webinar.
