The Regional Pre-Apprenticeship Collaboration was established to build a coordinated, region-wide Pre-Apprenticeship network to prepare under-represented sisters and brothers for successful construction careers.
The RPAC is specifically committed to rigorous Training Standards, broad Outreach, effective Retention, and Policy prioritizing pre-apprenticeship pathways. The collaborative meets monthly, the last Friday of the month, from 8:00 am – 10:00 am
