Hosted by the City of Tacoma, this year's event will take place at the Tacoma Dome over a two-day period - Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd.
On Friday November 1st, students will arrive by bus to the Dome during the hours of 10am-1pm. Saturday's event hours are 10am-3pm. We are expecting over 5,000 attendees over the two-day period.
Both days will be open to students, families and the general public. We are asking employers to register for the event below. Since the audience will vary between Friday and Saturday, we highly encourage vendor participation on both Friday and Saturday.
Event set up will take place Friday morning between 8am-9:30am. Vendors are asked to bring the following to the event:
-Tablecloth for a 8-ft table
-Information about jobs with your organization (flyers, etc.)
-Interactive elements to elevate student experience
-Interview signup sheets, or some way of collecting contact info from job seekers
-Any swag or giveaways (candy is always popular)
