The Communities Project

Communities Project Color Logo Website.jpg

The Communities Project is a national initiative with the mission of saving a million lives from substance use related deaths over the next two decades.

This registration survey is designed to ensure that this training is a match for your personal needs and priorities as an advocate for better policies around addiction, prevention, treatment and recovery. Please take a moment to answer each question carefully - about yourself and about your community- so that we may better prepare to match the training to your needs.

Our online training consists of two 3.25 hour modules on consecutive days. Attendance on both days is required to receive a certificate of completion. Registration will close a week before the training date and all attendees must register prior to the training. In addition to the confirmation email sent directly after registration you will also receive a welcome document in your email a week before the training.
