Since 2007, our community of non-traditional tradesworkers has come together at Oregon Tradeswomen’s annual Tradesworker Leadership Institute (TLI) with the goal of advancing their careers. Oregon Tradeswomen staff design this event to highlight growth and leadership opportunities such as success in apprenticeship, getting involved in your Union, public policy and advocacy, and general career advancement.

Improve your communication skills, learn how to build a robust mentorship program, get tips on how to take care of your mental health, and find out how to navigate your union meetings through the Parliamentary process.
